What are your access hours?

Our office is open six days a week, providing you with more opportunities to get the service you need. Stop by between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 pm Tuesday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday. The office is closed Sunday & Monday.  One of our experienced professionals will be there to assist you! Gate hours are 6am to 10pm everyday.

How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill in a number of ways when you choose to store with Mid States Storage. We accept all forms of payment, including cash, check, money order, and major credit cards. Save yourself time and the trip by signing up for auto pay and have the funds withdrawn directly from your credit card. 

Do you have climate-controlled units?

We sure do! Many of our interior storage units are climate controlled, meaning they maintain a set temperature throughout the year, protecting your belongings from the harmful effects of humidity and drastic changes in the weather. Do you have units big enough to store my boat trailer or RV?

Yep! We have a wide range of sizes, including ones big enough to accommodate your vehicle or boat trailer. Some of our best customers are those who travel often from Hector International Airport. They simply leave their car in our care, take care of their travel needs, and stop by when they need to pick it up.

Where is your main office located?

Our main office is located at 2101 12th Street North in Fargo, North Dakota 58102. We’re just minutes from Hector International Airport, right off of North University Drive. Next door is North Dakota State University and the Fargodome! You can’t miss us. Visit our facility page to get specific directions from your location.

What security measures does Mid States Storage take?

We take our customers’ security very seriously here at Mid States Storage, which is why we’re the only facility in northern Fargo to feature a fully fenced and gated property. We provide 24-hour video surveillance and offer all of our customers a free disc lock upon move in. We promise that you’ll feel safe leaving your belongings with us, so don’t wait to reserve your unit.
